Un orso è stato avvistato tra le giostre della festa della Madonna del Carmelo nel centro di Villa Scontrone, in provincia dell’Aquila. La presenza dell'animale è stata segnalata durante i festeggiamenti, spingendo l’amministrazione comunale a diffondere un appello alla prudenza rivolto a cittadini e visitatori. Il sindaco Francesco Melone ha invitato a mantenere una distanza di almeno 100 metri dall’orso, evitando di avvicinarsi per scattare fotografie o tentare qualsiasi tipo di interazione con l’animale. Il Comune ha inoltre raccomandato di non lasciare rifiuti, avanzi di cibo o mangime per animali domestici che possano attirare il plantigrado e di prestare particolare attenzione ai cani al seguito, per ridurre il rischio di situazioni pericolose.
