Perché vi annoio con questo provvedimento? Perché il libro del Prof. Pitruzzella offre spunti di riflessione per evitare paradossi quale quello appena riassunto. Il centro della riflessione è ciò che l'Autore definisce il "trade-off" fra legittimazione ed efficienza, e – se si vuole – fra democrazia e tecnocrazia. Da un lato l'eccesso di regolazione, dall'altro la tendenza alla completa omologazione sono indicati fra le cause della crisi che colpisce l'Unione. Una crisi in larga parte autoindotta, quindi non impossibile da affrontare". Lo ha sostenuto il Sottosegretario alla Presidenza del Consiglio, Alfredo Mantovano, intervenendo a Roma, al Palazzo della Consulta, al seminario "Le trasformazioni dell'Europa", alla presenza del Presidente della Repubblica.Chigi
