Prabowo Bilang Orang Kecil Butuh Hakim Adil, Gaji Tinggi Bisa Jadi Solusinya?
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Pada Kamis (13/06/2025), gaji hakim naik hingga 280 persen. Presiden Prabowo Subianto sendiri yang mengumumkan kenaikan gaji hakim untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan menjaga integritas hakim, tidak bisa disogok, tidak bisa dibeli.Mahkamah Agung tentu menyambut baik kenaikan gaji hakim.
Namun dengan kenaikan gaji, pimpinan MA mengingatkan agar hakim menghindari hedonisme dan gaya hidup mewah.
Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 44 Tahun 2024, gaji hakim paling rendah atau golongan tiga dengan masa kerja 1 tahun, berkisar Rp2.785.000 hingga Rp3.154.000.
Sementara hakim golongan tiga dengan masa kerja 5 hingga 6 tahun sebesar Rp3.057.000 hingga Rp3.461.000.
Keputusan Presiden Prabowo Subianto menaikkan gaji hakim ini terjadi di tengah sorotan publik terhadap kasus suap yang menjerat sejumlah hakim.
Antara lain, kasus penanganan perkara ekspor CPO yang menjerat empat orang hakim.
Kasus korupsi juga menjerat mantan pejabat Mahkamah Agung, Zarof Ricar.
Saat penggeledahan, penyidik Kejagung menemukan tumpukan uang dalam mata uang asing senilai Rp915 miliar dan 51 kilogram emas di rumahnya kawasan Senayan, Jakarta Pusat.
Data KPK mencatat, dari tahun 2010 hingga 2025, ada 31 hakim yang terjerat kasus korupsi dan ditangani lembaga itu.
Tapi peneliti Pukat UGM, Zaenur Rohman menilai kenaikan gaji hakim tidak bisa secara efektif mengurangi perilaku korupsi.
