China implementa nuevas medidas para fomentar la reinversión extranjera en el país

La Comisión Nacional de Desarrollo y Reforma de China, junto con otros seis organismos gubernamentales, anunció un nuevo paquete de medidas destinado a fomentar la reinversión exterior en el país. El máximo planificador económico de China insta a los inversores a establecer nuevas firmas, a aumentar su capital en compañías ya existentes y a adquirir participaciones en empresas chinas. Asimismo, llama a los Gobiernos locales a apoyar a los inversores con la creación de bases de datos de proyectos. Con las nuevas medidas, los inversores globales recibirán asistencia en el uso de métodos flexibles para reducir los costes del suelo. China promete simplificar los trámites para la inversión, incluyendo la aprobación de préstamos a accionistas extranjeros y de los llamados bonos panda, bonos en yuanes emitidos por instituciones financieras extranjeras en China, para reinversiones cualificadas. #China #xw #EconomíaChina
