Reportage disponible jusqu'au 14/10/2026Depuis quatre ans, Dario Salvetti se rend chaque jour sur son ancien lieu de travail, le sous-traitant automobile GKN. Lui et l’ensemble du personnel ont pourtant été licenciés sans préavis. À tort, selon les employés qui, pour empêcher leur expulsion du site, y tiennent une assemblée permanente depuis plus de trois ans.
Au sein du "Collettivo di fabbrica", ils se battent aujourd’hui pour conserver leurs emplois et donner une nouvelle vie à leur usine. À la place des arbres de transmission, la coopérative ouvrière souhaite désormais produire des vélos-cargo et des panneaux solaires durables. Débuté en 2021, ce projet de réindustrialisation par le bas est le plus long conflit social d'Italie.
