Qu’est ce qu’il se passe ?
Arnaud Orain est économiste et historien, directeur d’études à l’EHESS. Son livre "Le monde confisqué" (Flammarion, 2025) aide à y voir plus clair, en proposant l’idée d’un "capitalisme de la finitude", ouvertement prédateur et rentier qui apparaît dans des périodes de crise où les élites arrêtent de voir le monde comme infini.
Sommes nous entrés dans un nouvel âge de la rareté et de la prédation ? Y aura-t-il plus de guerres et moins de commerce ? Et s'il n'y en avait pas assez pour tout le monde ?
