👇🏽INGREDIENTES ABAJO👇🏽Hoy no traemos una receta al uso, sino una idea de aperitivo de domingo: sencilla, rápida, sabrosa y perfecta para acompañar un vermú, una cerveza bien fría o una sobremesa en casa.La base son unas patatas chips crujientes, a las que añadimos anchoa, boquerón en vinagre, aceitunas rellenas y mejillones en escabeche. El toque final está en aprovechar el propio líquido del escabeche para regar el conjunto y convertirlo en una especie de aliño rápido, salino, ácido y lleno de sabor.
Es un aperitivo sin cocinar, pero con mucha intención: el crujiente de la patata, la intensidad de la anchoa, la acidez del boquerón, el punto clásico de la aceituna rellena y el carácter del mejillón en escabeche. Todo junto funciona como esos picoteos de domingo que no necesitan complicaciones para hacer feliz a una mesa.
Puedes servirlo en una fuente grande para compartir, montarlo en pequeñas cucharas o incluso prepararlo justo antes de sentarte para que las patatas mantengan parte del crujiente.
