Hal tersebut ia sampaikan pada saat acara Gala Dinner bersama seluruh Kepala Daerah dan para taruna-taruni dari Akademi Militer dan Akademi Kepolisian.
Sebelumnya, para Kepala Daerah terpilih ini telah mengikuti serangkaian acara sejak 21 Februari di Magelang. Beragam kegiatan telah dijalankan mulai dari pembekalan, senam pagi, hingga latihan baris-berbaris untuk mempererat kebersamaan dan meningkatkan disiplin kepemimpinan.(*)
