▼あらすじ
北川町で、人間が突然暴れ出すという事件が続発した。時を同じくして旅客機の墜落事故が発生するが、そのパイロットも北川町の住人だったという。北川町で、いったい何が起きているのか。ウルトラ警備隊の調査が開始されるが、調査から戻ってきたフルハシ隊員までが暴れ始めた。どうやら、原因はタバコにあるらしい……。
