Shri Chandramauli Panchakam (श्रीचन्द्रमौलिपञ्चकम्) is a sublime Sanskrit hymn glorifying Lord Chandramauli Shiva, the moon-crested form of Mahadev adorned with the sacred Ganga, the Trident, and the cosmic dance of Nataraja.

This five-verse stotra praises Shiva as the source of infinite radiance, protector of devotees, destroyer of arrogance, bestower of prosperity, and the Lord whose divine Tandava sustains the universe. It is an ideal hymn for meditation, daily Shiva worship, Mondays, Pradosh Vrat, and Mahashivratri.
