Kemenkum & Gramedia Luncurkan Kampanye Literasi Karya Asli, Siap Lawan Pembajakan Buku
KOMPAS.TV - Kementerian Hukum dan HAM bersama PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama meluncurkan kampanye nasional bertajuk "Literasi Karya Asli" yang berlangsung di Kantor Kompas Gramedia, Jakarta Barat.Kampanye ini digagas sebagai gerakan untuk memberantas praktik pembajakan buku yang semakin marak.
Kampanye "Literasi Karya Asli" merupakan kolaborasi antara Gramedia dan Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, serta melibatkan sejumlah pihak lainnya, seperti Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika, Ikatan Penerbit Indonesia, dan sejumlah platform marketplace.
Gerakan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh potensi jual-beli daring di marketplace yang berisiko memfasilitasi praktik ilegal pembajakan, sehingga mengancam industri percetakan dan karya sastra buku di Indonesia.
Melalui gerakan ini, diharapkan praktik pembajakan tidak lagi merajalela, agar industri percetakan dapat tumbuh dalam iklim yang sehat dan berkelanjutan.
