A partir de su experiencia personal, Sofía explora el autoconocimiento y la posibilidad de elegir cómo respondemos ante situaciones difíciles. Recuerda años de altibajos emocionales y la sensación de que algo le faltaba, pese a vivir en circunstancias aparentemente favorables. Reconocer su malestar y recibir ayuda marcaron el inicio de un recorrido de terapia, aprendizaje e introspección.Inspirada en la invitación «conócete a ti mismo», explica cómo cambió su perspectiva al interpretar sus experiencias como oportunidades para revisar sus actitudes. También introduce su interpretación personal de las emociones mediante el lenguaje de la energía, la frecuencia y la vibración. Su mensaje central anima al público a mirar hacia dentro, cuestionar sus reacciones habituales y cultivar la gratitud. La charla concluye con una invitación a afrontar las dificultades como oportunidades para conocerse mejor. Me formé como arquitecta y, en 2003, tras tras convertirme en madre por primera vez y obtener el CAP, inicié mi camino en la educación, al que me dedico desde entonces.
La maternidad y mi interés por el autoconocimiento me llevaron a explorar el trabajo corporal. Durante mi estancia en Brasil me formé en yoga y, a mi regreso a España, amplié estos estudios con la perspectiva de la naturaleza cuántica del ser humano.
Actualmente comparto lo aprendido tanto en mis clases de educación plástica, yoga y respiración en el CRC, como en pequeños grupos de personas curiosas, con interés por conocerse, que se han ido formando fuera del centro en los últimos años.
