DKPP mengatakan terjadi komunikasi intens antara Hasyim dengan anggota PPLN Den Haag tersebut pada (12/8/2023).
Dalam komunikasi itu CAT meminta tolong Hasyim untuk membawakan barang-barangnya yang tertinggal di Jakarta.
Kemudian Hasyim menyanggupi permintaan CAT dan mengirimkan daftar barang titipan berupa: 1 rompi PPLN, 1 potong baju, 1 potong CD, dan 2 pax cwie mie.
Terhadap pesan tersebut, pengadu menanyakan apa yang dimaksud dengan “CD” padahal barang tersebut tidak termasuk barang yang dititipkan oleh Pengadu.
Teradu menjawab dengan nada bercanda.
“Ohw maaf keselip hahaha." sambungnya.
Terhadap fakta tersebut, DKPP menilai tindakan Hasyim tidak dibenarkan menurut etika penyelenggara Pemilu.
