PLO | Điểm nóng xung đột: Nga bày trận bằng khí cầu, quyết tâm giăng lưới bắt UAV Ukraine | Nga đã phát triển khí cầu Baryer để tạo thành hệ thống phòng thủ chặn bắt UAV từ Ukraine. Được giám đốc điều hành công ty Pervyy Dirizhabl, Polina Albek, giới thiệu tại hội nghị ở St. Petersburg, khí cầu này lấy cảm hứng từ chiến thuật ngăn máy bay bằng khí cầu trong Thế chiến I và II. Khí cầu có tải trọng tối đa 30 kg và khi phát hiện UAV tiếp cận, sẽ thả lên độ cao 300 m và giăng lưới cao 250 m để tạo hàng rào phòng thủ xung quanh mục tiêu. Lưới này "bẫy" UAV và sau đó kỹ thuật viên sẽ tháo và lắp lại khi cần. Hệ thống cũng có thể mang súng bắn lưới để ngăn chặn UAV. Ukraine đã sử dụng UAV và drone để tấn công cơ sở quan trọng của Nga, với lãnh đạo quân đội Ukraine mô tả như một phần của chiến dịch nhằm làm suy yếu không quân Nga.
