Noi che davanti alla Costituzione della Repubblica, della quale celebriamo gli 80 anni, ci inchiniamo nel ricordo di coloro che con il loro sangue diedero ai padri e alle madri dell'Assemblea costituente l'inchiostro indelebile della libertà, non possiamo che dirci fratelli e sorelle di chi, oggi, nel nome degli stessi valori di libertà, democrazia, sovranità del popolo, lotta e muore per difendere quei principi da una brutale aggressione.
