JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Sekretaris Jenderal Transparency International (TI) Indonesia, Danang Widoyoko mengatakan meski Wakil Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Wamenaker) Immanuel Ebenezer dekat dengan Presiden ke-7 RI Joko Widodo dan Presiden ke-8 RI Prabowo Subianto, kini terjaring OTT KPK.

Hal ini menurut Danang menunjukkan ada masanya penegakan hukum tidak objektif seperti saat penanganan kasus Tom Lembong. Namun hukum begitu dinamis dan ia berharap kebangkitan KPK untuk mendapat kepercayaan publik.

Danang mengatakan unsur personalnya dalam OTT yang menjerat Noel terlihat betul memperkaya diri sendiri.

"Karena saya tidak melihat apakah dia korupsi untuk kegiatan yang sangat besar, misalnya ormas tertentu atau apa. Yang tampak malah justru harta yang menunjukkan kemewahan. Ini yang saya kira membuat bahwa sebetulnya ada dimensi personal pada kasus korupsi," katanya.
