While no longer operating at the original site, Masbia of Boro Park continues to serve the same Boro Park neighborhood where it all began.
Just one block from Boro Park’s 24-hour synagogue, Masbia of Boro Park operates from a thoughtfully renovated storefront designed to resemble a high-end restaurant, creating a warm and dignified setting for all who walk through its doors.
Masbia of Boro Park serves the community through two primary services: a soup kitchen and a food pantry. The soup kitchen offers a restaurant-style, sit-down dinner every evening, completely free of charge and without the need for an appointment. For Sabbath and holiday meals, reservations are required to ensure proper accommodations. The food pantry distributes groceries to those in need by appointment through the Plentiful App, which is available in ten languages to serve a diverse community. For eligible families, Masbia of Boro Park also offers home delivery of pantry items via DoorDash, with enrollment available by invitation only.
