오늘은 살이 꽉 찬 숫게로 양념게장을 담가 먹어봤어요!
양념게장은 보통 양념 맛이 강하거나
너무 달고 맵게 느껴질 때가 있는데
이번에는 전체적으로 자극적이지 않고 슴슴하게 만들어봤어요!
게를 손으로 살짝 눌러주기만 해도
하얀 게살이 푸슉 하고 밀려 나오는데
보는 순간부터 정말 군침이 돌더라구요
양념은 매운맛이나 단맛이 확 튀기보다는
게살 본연의 달큰하고 담백한 맛을
살려주는 정도라서 더 마음에 들었어요!
특히 게살을 쭉 짜서 한입 가득 먹으면
부드러운 살 사이로 양념이 촉촉하게 스며들어 있어서
짜지도 않고 부담 없이 계속 들어가더라구요
역시 양념게장은 게살이 꽉 차 있어야 먹는 재미도 있고
한입 먹었을 때 만족감도 훨씬 큰 것 같아요
