Juru Parkir di Kulon Progo Tusuk 2 Pria, Pelaku Terancam 5 Tahun Penjara | BORGOL
KULON PROGO, KOMPAS.TV - Perkara motor rusak usai digunakan pelaku, juru parkir kawasan Alun-alun Wates, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, melukai 2 korban dengan senjata tajam.Aksi nekatnya dipicu saat korban mengambil foto pelaku saat mediasi.
Pria berinisial S, warga Kapanewon Wates, ditangkap jajaran Satreskrim Polres Kulon Progo di tempat persembunyiannya di daerah Giwangan, Yogyakarta.
Pria yang berprofesi sebagai juru parkir di kawasan Alun-alun Wates ini ditangkap usai menganiaya menggunakan senjata tajam pada 16 Agustus silam.
Aksi nekatnya ini ia lakukan karena tak terima difoto oleh korban saat mediasi.
Kasus ini berawal saat dua pria meminta pertanggungjawaban pelaku karena motornya rusak usai digunakan pelaku.
Akibat perbuatannya, pelaku dikenakan Pasal 351 Ayat 2 KUHP subsider Pasal 351 Ayat 1 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman pidana penjara maksimal 5 tahun.
