YENİ Parti Genel Başkanı Özgür Özel, süreç kapsamında hazırlanan çerçeve yasa teklifine ilişkin Meclis Genel Kurulu'nda konuştu. Özel, "Türkiye'nin geleceğinin önünü açacak bir sorumluluğu üstleniyorum" dedi ve "Ben ve yönetici arkadaşlarım, tarihsel bir tutarlılık ve sorumluluk içinde bu yasaya 'evet' diyeceğiz" açıklamasını yaptı.
Yeni Parti (CHP) lideri Özgür Özel, yasanın 'özensiz ve kötü hazırlanmış' olduğunu kabul etmesine rağmen 'tarihsel sorumluluk' diyerek 'Evet' oyu verdi. Hem metni bu kadar ağır eleştirip hem de arkasında durmak siyasi bir çelişki değil mi? Parti tabanından yükselen 'Atatürk milliyetçiliğinden taviz verildi' tepkilerini nasıl göğüsleyeceksiniz?
Yasa teklifiyle Cumhurbaşkanlığına bağlı, kimin siyaset yapabileceğine bile karar yetkisi olan adeta bir 'Süper Kurul' kuruluyor. Yargının ve Meclis'in yetkilerini bu kadar daraltıp yürütmeye bu denli sınırsız bir denetim gücü vermek, güçler ayrılığı ilkesini tamamen yok saymak değil midir?
Yasadan yararlanan kişiler hakkında yeni bir soruşturma açılması bile bu kurulun onayına bağlanıyor. Yargı mekanizmasının üzerinde siyasi bir vesayet kurulu oluşturulduğu iddialarına ne diyorsunuz?
