Mahkamah Agung Gelar Bimtek, Fokus Lindungi Kaum Rentan Hadapi Masalah Hukum - MA NEWS
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Direktorat Jenderal Badan Peradilan Agama Mahkamah Agung mengadakan program Training of Trainers, Bimtek Kaum Rentan Berhadapan dengan Hukum Tahun 2025.Bimtek ini merupakan salah satu program kerja Direktorat Jenderal Badan Peradilan Agama untuk memperkuat komitmen dalam mewujudkan keadilan bagi kelompok rentan di Indonesia.
Acara yang berlangsung pada 8 Oktober 2025 di Jakarta ini dibuka secara langsung oleh Dirjen Badan Peradilan Agama, Muchlis.
Dalam pembukaannya, Muchlis bilang program ini untuk memperkuat komitmen Mahkamah Agung dalam menghadirkan akses keadilan yang setara dan inklusif bagi kaum rentan, seperti perempuan, anak-anak, dan pekerja migran yang sedang berhadapan dengan hukum.
Sementara itu, Direktur Pembinaan Tenaga Teknis Peradilan Agama, Candra Boy Seroza, bilang bimtek ini diikuti oleh 19 hakim tinggi perwakilan Pengadilan Tinggi Agama se-Pulau Jawa.
Candra berharap peserta bimtek dapat menyebarluaskan ilmu dan pengetahuan yang didapat kepada tenaga teknis di wilayah masing-masing, sehingga dapat memperluas akses keadilan bagi kaum rentan.
Dengan demikian, target program bimbingan teknis sebanyak 7.333 tenaga teknis di seluruh Indonesia dapat tercapai.
