• 1 cawan tepung gandum (±125g)
• 3 sudu besar tepung kastard
• 3/4 cawan gula pasir
• 3 cawan air (±750 ml)
• Sedikit pewarna kuning (optional)
Cara Buat Inti Kastard
1. Campurkan tepung gandum, tepung kastard, gula, dan air.
2. Masukkan sedikit pewarna kuning jika suka.
3. Kacau hingga tepung larut sepenuhnya (supaya tak berketul).
4. Masak atas api sederhana sambil kacau sehingga adunan pekat & likat.
5. Tutup api, sejukkan inti.

Bahan Kulit Apam Puri
• 250g tepung gandum (±2 cawan)
• 2 sudu besar gula
• 1 biji telur (grade A / B)
• 1 sudu kecil serbuk penaik
• 1/2 sudu kecil garam
• 2 cawan air (±500 ml)
• Pewarna hijau (optional)
• Pewarna merah (optional)
Cara Buat Kulit
1. Satukan tepung, gula, telur, serbuk penaik, garam dan air.
2. Kacau hingga sebati dan pastikan tepung betul-betul larut.
3. Bahagikan adunan kepada beberapa bahagian, letakkan pewarna ikut suka (contoh: hijau & merah).
4. Masak adunan sedikit demi sedikit di atas kuali leper (macam buat kulit ketayap), jangan terlalu besar.

Cara Bentuk Apam Puri
1. Ambil sekeping kulit, letak inti kastard di tengah.
2. Lipat jadi bentuk karipap.
3. Tekan bahagian tepi supaya melekat (kena buat masa kulit masih panas supaya mudah bercantum).
4. Ulangi sampai habis.
