Bored with your current stretching routine? Let's switch it up. 💗Put me on your TV, grab your mat and a yoga bolster, and join me for a full-body stretching session with some new movements to add to your practice.
I'll lightly guide you through the session while you take your time, breathe, and move intuitively.
In this session, we'll work through:
• Hip flexor and quad stretches
• Hamstring flexibility
• Groin and inner thigh stretches
• Adductor mobility
• Outer hip and glute stretches
• Frog pose
• Straddle flexibility
• Shoulder and chest opening
• Supported fish pose
• Pigeon pose
Use a bolster and blocks for extra support, and remember to move at your own pace. The goal isn't to force flexibility — it's to relax, breathe, and give your body space to open.
