Tindakan penggeledahan ini kemudian menarik perhatian dari warga sekitar.
Banyak dari mereka yang tak menyangka, sosok pemilik rumah yakni HS terlibat dalam tindak pidana narkoba.
Warga setempat yang tak mau disebutkan namanya mengungkapkan, selama ini HS dikenal sebagai sosok yang ramah dan dermawan.
HS beberapa kali mengizinkan warga ataupun pelancong untuk menumpang foto di rumah mewahnya secara cuma-cuma.
Warga menyebut keluarga HS sebagai orang kaya lama, mereka mengenalnya sebagai pengusaha kebun sawit, karet, dan walet.
Selain itu, Haji Sutar juga disebut tak menutup diri dari pergaulan masyarakat meski memiliki kesibukan.
Kapolres OKI AKBP Eko Rubiyanto menerangkan penggeledahan dilakukan oleh tim gabungan BNN RI dan BNN Provinsi Sumsel.
Menurut Eko, penggeledahan tersebut bagian dari proses pengembangan kasus tindak pidana narkotika.
HS disebut-sebut terlibat dalam aliran dana terkait kasus yang melibatkan pelaku tindak pidana narkotika yang kini menjalani hukuman di LP Nusa Kambangan.
