A Ford fechou suas fábricas no Brasil, mas está mais ativa do que nunca por aqui, anunciando muitas novidades para os dois, três próximos anos. Entre elas, destaque para sua picape campeã, a Ranger, que virá com o motor híbrido flex.Será o 2.3 Turbo Flex, que poderá render de 280 a 300 cavalos. Um sistema plug-in com bateria de 12 kWh, que dará a Ranger um alcance de 50 km elétricos.
Entre as novidades, uma outra também vinda da Argentina, que será o SUV Everest, que vai usar exatamente a plataforma da picape Ranger, com a tradicional receita de mudar a carroceria de picape para SUV. E está pronta a Everest.
