- Eve dönüş rotasını daha hassas bir şekilde ayarlamak için servis modülündeki tepki kontrol sistemi (RCS) iticileri kullanılarak Dönüş Yörüngesi Düzeltmesi (RTC-1) ateşlemesinin başarıyla tamamlanması.
- Mürettebatın günlük egzersizleri sırasında uzay aracında oluşan sarsıntılar nedeniyle, herhangi bir hasarı önlemek adına Güneş panellerinin güvenli liman konumuna getirilmesi.
- Astronotların pencerelerden derin uzay ve uzun pozlama fotoğrafları çekebilmek için kameralardaki ışıkların kapatılmasını talep etmesi.
