Reformas económicas: ¿de verdad?

En una reciente reunión del Consejo de Ministros, Miguel Mario Díaz-Canel Bermúdez habló de impulsar transformaciones urgentes en el sistema económico y social de Cuba.

Muchos han interpretado esas palabras como una respuesta directa a la presión creciente desde Washington y a la estrategia que la administración del presidente Trump ha defendido para forzar cambios en la isla.

Pero esta mañana ocurrió algo más concreto.

La Gaceta Oficial publicó un Decreto-Ley que regula una de las medidas económicas anunciadas por Díaz-Canel. Y ese texto legal nos permite medir, con mayor precisión, hasta dónde está dispuesto a llegar realmente el régimen cubano.
