Kariyerine Gillette’te satış yöneticisi olarak adım atmış, ardından Procter & Gamble ve British American Tobacco gibi global şirketlerde pazarlama alanında görev alarak İsviçre ve Londra merkezli bölgesel rollerde bulunmuştur.Ontex Türkiye’de Genel Müdürlük görevini üstlenen Aktaş, 2023–2025 yılları arasında Red Bull Türkiye Genel Müdürü olarak markanın büyüme stratejilerine liderlik etmiştir. Veri odaklı yaklaşımı, marka konumlandırma konusundaki uzmanlığı ve ekip yönetimindeki güçlü liderliğiyle tanınmaktadır.
