The Russian Army has stalled at the front so they are increasingly going after Ukrainian civilian targets. In fact this week saw one of the deadliest attacks of the war where a Russian double-tap strike killed over 40 civilians gathered at an aid distribution center. The second attack came after the first responders showed up, killing six more.
While Russian attacks on civilian targets isn’t anything new, it’s rapidly increasing having tripled between June and September of this year. That’s what happens when their military can’t advance.
