: JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Setiap pekerja dan pekerja mandiri (freelancer) yang memenuhi persyaratan wajib menjadi peserta program tabungan perumahan rakyat (Tapera). Hal itu diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 21 Tahun 2024 tentang Perubahan Atas PP Nomor 25 Tahun 2020 tentang Penyelenggaraan Tapera.Disinggung potongan selain tapera, Elly Rosita Silaban mengatakan di luar skema tapera ini para buruh sudah banyak juga yang mencicil rumah. Kewajiban tapera ini untuk mencicil rumah dari pemerintah namun hal ini yang membuat oara buruh protes.
“Akhirnya tidak ada kepercayaan para buruh terhadap pemerintah, janganlah dipaksakan karena membuat buruh semakin menderita,” ungkap Elly dalam program SATU MEJA (29/5/2024).
