Они отмечают: Россия использовала паузу для накопления ресурсов и подготовки новых атак против украинцев и гражданской инфраструктуры. В Deep State подчеркнули, что Украина во время перемирия занимала чёткую и гуманную позицию, тогда как Россия использовала это как возможность продолжить удары.
Не изменилась тактика российской армии и на фронте. Там, где это было необходимо, войска пополняли запасы, укрепляли позиции, проводили ротации, эвакуировали раненых и забирали погибших.
