"Twist" rencontre la tatoueuse Lotti, la photographe Tassiana Aït-Tahar, l’auteur Hamza Howidy et la peintre Sophie Bayntun qui, pour se réinventer, se sont installés dans les Alpes, en plein cœur de Paris ou encore à Madère.
Tassiana Aït-Tahar a pédalé pendant cinq ans en tant que livreuse à Paris. Un job précaire et stressant qu’elle a documenté dans un récit photographique. Aujourd’hui, elle essaie de percer dans le monde de l’art.
La tatoueuse Carlotta Pollmann alias Lotti a perdu son ami Dany Darlington lors de l’attaque du Hamas contre Israël le 7 octobre 2023. Cette Berlinoise a décidé d’aller s’installer dans un village alpin.
Le Palestinien Hamza Abu Howidy a été torturé par le Hamas et serait probablement mort s’il n’avait fui Gaza en 2023. Figure de la diaspora, il a publié un roman sur son enfance à Gaza et prône le dialogue au Proche-Orient. Il tente désormais sa chance auprès d’autres pays européens.
La cheffe Sophie Bayntun avait son restaurant en Angleterre. Après un burn-out, elle décide de tout plaquer et part à Madère. Là-bas, elle se réinvente, le pinceau à la main.
