Delpedro Marhaen Diduga Hasut Pelajar Ikut Demo Anarkistis, Terancam 6 Tahun Penjara | SAPA PAGI
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Direktur Lokataru Foundation, Delpedro, ditetapkan sebagai tersangka atas dugaan menghasut pelajar untuk ikut aksi demonstrasi berujung ricuh di Jakarta.Delpedro Marhaen menjadi salah satu tersangka yang ditangkap polisi karena diduga mengajak pelajar melakukan aksi demo anarkistis pada 25 Agustus 2025.
Delpedro diduga melakukan penghasutan melalui akun Instagram Lokataru Foundation yang berkolaborasi dengan akun media sosial lain.
Total 6 orang telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan penghasutan pada demo berujung anarkistis tersebut.
Kuasa hukum Delpedro, Maruf Bajammal, menegaskan bahwa pada unggahan kliennya di Instagram tidak terdapat perbuatan melawan hukum.
Sebelumnya, Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya menjelaskan, peran Delpedro Marhaen adalah melakukan kolaborasi dengan akun media sosial tersangka lain agar pelajar tidak takut ikut aksi unjuk rasa.
Akibat perbuatannya, Direktur Lokataru Foundation, Delpedro Marhaen, dijerat dengan pasal Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak dan pasal ITE, dengan ancaman penjara 6 tahun.
