Unfall in Eppelheim: E-Scooter prallt mit Straßenbahn zusammen
Eppelheim: Zu einem schweren Verkehrsunfall kam es am Freitagmittag gegen 13.15 Uhr in der Hauptstraße in Eppelheim. Im Kreisverkehr an der Einmündung Hauptstraße/Hildastraße/Mozartstraße kollidierte eine E-Scooter-Fahrerin mit einer Straßenbahn der Linie 22. Die Straßenbahn war aus Richtung Heidelberg kommend in Fahrtrichtung Eppelheim unterwegs. Aus bislang ungeklärter Ursache kam es im Kreisverkehr zum Zusammenstoß mit der E-Scooter-Fahrerin. Die Frau wurde bei dem Unfall verletzt und zur weiteren Behandlung in ein Krankenhaus gebracht. Über die Schwere der Verletzungen ist nicht bekannt. In der Straßenbahn wurde nach ersten Erkenntnissen niemand verletzt. Der Verkehrsbetrieb Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH (rnv) richtete zwischen Heidelberg-Pfaffengrund und Eppelheim einen Bus-Ersatzverkehr ein.
