La directora de la Secretaría de Protección Civil de la Ciudad de México, Myriam Urzúa, desmintió los rumores que señalaban que el incendio en Nezahualcóyotl se debió a una fuga de combustible, pues se dijo en un primer momento que había sido en uno de los ductos ubicados a las espaldas del Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México (AICM), entre los límites de la alcaldía Gustavo A.
