為什麼同樣的問題，總會一再發生？

很多人其實很會解決問題。關係出狀況了，趕快補救；身體撐不住了，趕快休息；事情忘記了，再提醒自己下次一定要記得。

我們愈來愈會滅火，卻很少回頭研究：火到底是怎麼燒起來的？

面對問題，大致可以分成三個層次。

一階理性研究的是：問題已經發生，我該怎麼解決？

後設思考會退一步追問：這個問題究竟是怎麼發生的？

二階理性則繼續往前：我可以改變哪些底層條件，讓相同的問題不要再次發生？

這一集，我會透過生活習慣、自我管理與人際關係，說明這三個層次的差異，也整理出「看見、改問、安排、校正」四個步驟。

真正有效的改變，不是每一次都依靠意志力戰勝自己，而是先看懂自己在什麼狀態下容易失敗，再把理解轉化成時間、空間、規則與行動上的安排。

這樣的思考放在人際關係裡尤其重要。

成熟不是從此不再發生衝突，而是能夠更早辨識情緒、界線與互動的訊號；不必等到關係受傷以後，才研究應該怎麼修補。

真正的理性，不只是更會解決問題，而是看懂問題發生的方式，讓自己不必一直替同樣的問題收拾。
