Terkait hal tersebut, Jokowi mengaku akan segera bertemu dengan Ketua Umum relawan Pro Jokowi (Projo) itu.
Ditemui di Solo, Jawa Tengah, Jumat (12/9), Jokowi menegaskan bahwa pencopotan Budi Arie sebagai Menteri Koperasi adalah hak prerogatif Presiden Prabowo Subianto.
Seusai reshuffle kabinet, Jokowi mengaku dirinya belum bertemu dengan Budi Arie.
Meski begitu, Jokowi menyebut pertemuan kemungkinan akan dilakukan dalam waktu dekat.
Disinggung soal reshuffle kabinet, Jokowi menampik dirinya dimintai saran oleh Prabowo.
Adapun Budi Arie dicopot dari jabatan Menkop melalui reshuffle pada Senin (8/9).
Posisinya kemudian digantikan oleh politikus Partai Gerindra, Ferry Juliantono yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Wakil Menteri Koperasi.
Selain Budi Arie, Prabowo juga mengganti posisi sejumlah menteri, seperti Menteri Keuangan dari Sri Mulyani ke Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa.
Kemudian Menteri Perlindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia dari Abdul Kadir Karding ke Mukhtarudin.
Lalu Menko Polkam yang dijabat Budi Gunawan dan Menpora Dito Ariotedjo.
Namun pengganti dua posisi tersebut belum diumumkan oleh Prabowo.
