Prabowo Bertemu Trump Bahas Gaza di Pertemuan Multilateral Timur Tengah
NEW YORK, KOMPAS.TV - Presiden Prabowo Subianto memenuhi undangan Presiden Amerika Serikat (AS) Donald Trump dalam Multilateral Meeting on the Middle Est atau pertemuan multilateral Timur Tengah membahas Gaza di Ruang Konsultasi Dewan Keamanan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB), New York, pada Selasa, (23/9/2025).Pertemuan itu dihadiri secara terbatas oleh negara-negara yang dipandang dapat membantu mewujudkan proses perdamaian di Timur Tengah.
Dalam pengantarnya, Presiden Trump menekankan pentingnya forum ini bagi upaya perdamaian di Timur Tengah.
"Ini akan menjadi pertemuan yang sangat penting. Pertemuan ini akan mempertemukan para pemimpin besar dari bagian dunia yang sangat penting, yaitu Timur Tengah. Dan kita ingin mengakhiri perang di Gaza. Kita akan mengakhirinya," ujar Trump membuka pertemuan.
