Di saat bersamaan, Presiden ke-7 RI Joko Widodo disebut akan membentuk partai baru.
Sinyal Jokowi membuat partai baru sudah berhembus sejak lama.
Namun hal itu dikuatkan oleh Ketua Umum Relawan Pro Jokowi (Projo) Budi Arie.
Dikutip dari Kompas.com, Budi Arie mengaku bertemu Jokowi pada Rabu (19/2).
Ia mengaku membahas banyak persoalan dalam pertemuan tersebut.
Menteri Koperasi pada Kabinet Merah Putih ini juga menyinggung rencana pembentukan partai baru.
Budi Arie menyinggung nama Partai Suber Tbk.
Namun pihaknya tidak merinci apakah terkait pembentukan partai tersebut.
Ia pun meminta agar publik menunggu.
"Partai super Tbk, ya sudah terjemahin saja. Partai dari rakyat, oleh rakyat, untuk rakyat," ujar Budi Arie.
"Tunggu saja, kita tunggu. Tunggu saja kamu mau tahu saja, kepo. Segitu dulu, jangan banyak-banyak," katanya lagi.
Sementara kabar ini berhembus di tengah penahanan Hasto Kristiyanto.
PDIP pun menilai penahanan ini sebagai upaya mengacak-acak partai jelang kongres.
Meski begitu, Ketum PDIP Megawati tak mencari pengganti Hasto.
Sebaliknya, seluruh komando akan dipegang oleh Megawati sendiri.
