Test, Test & Test Again! Starship & Super Heavy Test Campaign In Full Force | Starship Update
SpaceX's Starship 39 has just completed its first full static fire at Massey's, successfully lighting all six Raptor engines - three sea-level and three vacuum - for the first time, and clearing a critical milestone on the road to Flight 12.After rolling out from Mega Bay 2 with fresh engines installed, reinforced tile patches on the leeward flaps and body, and a series of cryo loads, spin primes, and igniter tests, the vehicle now moves one step closer to stacking with Booster 19, which is itself wrapping up testing at Pad 2.
This week's update also covers the latest tank farm and deluge activity at Starbase, structural work on Booster 18.3 and Ship 39.1 at Massey's, Raptor 3 testing at McGregor, and major progress on Florida's LC-39A and SLC-37 launch sites as SpaceX prepares for multi-pad operations.
