Berkah Pegi Bebas, Warga Sekitar TKP Vina Cirebon Berani Bersaksi Dukung 7 Terpidana Ajukan PK
Putusan praperadilan Pegi Setiawan yang dikabulkan Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat pada Senin (8/7/2024) membuahkan keberanian para warga Cirebon di sekitar TKP kasus Vina untuk memberi kesaksian. Mereka menandatangi surat pernyataan akan bersaksi meringankan dalam peninjauan ulang (PK) ketujuh terpidana kasus Vina 2016 silam.Kesaksian tersebut dianggap sangat diperlukan guna PK ke Mahkamah Agung (MK) sebagai bukti baru atau novum. "Kita di dalam rangka melengkapi berkas-berkas persyaratan," ujar Jan Sapangan Hutabarat, pengacara dari Peradi yang menjadi kuasa hukum tujuh terpidana.
Adapun penandatanganan surat pernyataan dilakukan di kediaman salah satu terpidana, yakni Eko Ramadadhani, pada Senin (8/7/2024) malam. Kesaksian para warga itu pun membantah pernyataan saksi kunci Aep.
"Saksi-saksi ini ada yang tidur bareng, ada yang menyaksikan bahwa mereka itu berkumpul dari rumah Bu Nining, ke rumah Hadi, lalu lanjut tidur di rumah Pak RT," imbuhnya.
