Tras cinco años, el líder chino regresa a esta tierra acogedora en calidad de distinguido huésped.Tayikistán, ubicado en el sudeste de Asia Central, cuenta con una superficie de 143.100 kilómetros cuadrados. Este país montañoso, con cerca del 93 % de su territorio cubierto por cordilleras, es conocido como el "País de las Altas Montañas".
Tayikistán fue uno de los primeros países en apoyar la construcción conjunta de la Franja y la Ruta.
