Zimmerbrand in Ortsteil Rot: Feuerwehr verhindert Schlimmeres
Sankt Leon-Rot (ots) - Am Montag, gegen 20.30 Uhr, kam es im OT Rot in derHauptstraße zu einem Zimmerbrand einer, im Erdgeschoß befindlichen, Wohnung eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Durch die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Sankt Leon, die mit 30 Mann vor Ort war, konnte der Brand schnell unter Kontrolle gebracht und gelöscht werden. Die Brandursache ist derzeit noch unklar und Gegenstand der Ermittlungen. 7 Bewohner des Anwesens konnten sich zuvor selbständig in Sicherheit bringen. Glücklicherweise waren keine Verletzten zu verzeichnen. Über die Schadenhöhe in der Brandwohnung, die nicht mehr bewohnbar ist, liegen bislang keine Erkenntnisse vor.
