JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) adalah lembaga penegak hukum yang paling tidak dipercaya oleh publik. Tingkat kepercayaan publik terhadap KPK hanya unggul dibandingkan lembaga DPR.

Mengibarkan anti korupsi sebagai slogan utama dari KPK justru pimpinannya malah terseret kasus korupsi. Mantan ketua KPK, Taufiequrahman Ruki mengatakan, pendapat publik terhadap tingkat kepercayaan kepada KPK sudah sangat rendah. Tinggal bagaimana Negara mengkoreksi KPK terhadap marwahnya akibat perbuatan-perbuatannya.

“Sudah bukan waktunya lagi memberi penyuluhan terhadap masyarakat. Penyuluhan anti korupsi itu seharusnya bukan untuk masyarakat tapi untuk para pejabat karena yang korupsi itu memang para pejabat,” tegas Taufiequrahman dalam perbincangan bersama Rosiana Silalahi dalam program ROSI (7/4/2024).
