İran’da rejim düşerse Türkiye nasıl etkilenir? Yeditepe Üniversitesi Öğretim Üyesi Doç. Dr. Furkan Kaya anlattı.İran’da rejimin düşmesi, Türkiye açısından sıradan bir komşu ülke krizi değil; Orta Doğu’daki güç dengelerini doğrudan etkileyecek tarihsel bir kırılma olabilir. Etkiler ilk olarak güvenlik başlığında hissedilir. İran’da merkezi otoritenin zayıflaması, Türkiye–İran sınırında kontrolsüz alanlar oluşturabilir. Bu durum kaçakçılığı, düzensiz geçişleri ve özellikle PKK’nın İran kolunun hareket alanını genişletebilir. Türkiye bu nedenle askeri, istihbari ve sınır güvenliği önlemlerini artırmak zorunda kalır.
İkinci büyük etki göç riski. İran’da yaşanacak iç karışıklık, siyasi muhalifler, etnik gruplar ve ekonomik nedenlerle milyonlarca insanı hareketlendirebilir. Türkiye, Afganistan örneğinde olduğu gibi yeni bir göç baskısıyla karşı karşıya kalabilir. Üçüncü başlık enerji ve ekonomi. Kısa vadede İran doğalgazı ve petrolüyle ilgili belirsizlik fiyatları yükseltebilir. Ancak rejim değişimi sonrası ambargolar kalkarsa, Türkiye İran’la ticarette, ulaştırma hatlarında ve yeniden inşa sürecinde stratejik avantaj elde edebilir.
Son olarak bölgesel güç dengeleri değişir. İran’ın zayıflaması, Türkiye’yi Orta Doğu’da daha merkezi bir aktör haline getirir. Ankara, hem dengeleyici güç hem de arabulucu rolü üstlenebilir.
