Roy menyebut, seharusnya Polda dapat menyita ijazah yang menjadi barang bukti dalam laporan tersebut.
Roy cs menyayangkan Jokowi yang tidak hadir pemeriksaan dengan alasan sakit, namun menghadiri agenda partai.
Roy cs dengan kuasa hukum memberikan surat permintaan gelar perkara khusus kepada Kapolda Metro Jaya dan meminta ijazah Jokowi ditunjukkan.
