Danach geht ein Kandidat zum IOC. Dort zählen Konzepte, Infrastruktur und Rückhalt. Die Debatte um Olympia 2036 Deutschland dreht sich nun um eine Frage: Wie schwer wiegt das historische Datum 1936 für eine neue Bewerbung?
