In dieser Folge sprechen wir über den Iran-Krieg. US-Präsident Donald Trump hat dem Iran ein Ultimatum gestellt. Die Straße von Hormus müsse innerhalb von zwei Tagen geöffnet werden, andernfalls würden die USA iranische Kraftwerke angreifen. Erst waren es zwei Tage, inzwischen hat es Trump um fünf Tage verlängert. Weil es angeblich so gute Gespräche mit dem Iran gebe. Was dieser aber dementiert. Vielmehr zeigt man sich in Teheran bereit, den Konflikt weiter zu eskalieren. Der frühere Nato-General Erhard Bühler sagt zum Vorgehen Trumps: "Ich halte dieses Ultimatum für wenig durchdacht. Es wirkt für mich wie ein spontaner Einfall, der dann sofort in einen Tweet umgesetzt worden ist."Außerdem: Israel behauptet, der Iran habe Interkontinentalraketen mit einer Reichweite von 4.000 Kilometern. Auch Europa sei bedroht. Bühler erklärt, welche Waffen die Iraner haben. Er sieht Europa bisher gut geschützt. Allerdings sei der Iran auf längere Sicht, insbesondere mit seinem islamistischen Regime, eine ernsthafte Bedrohung über die Golfregion hinaus, auch für Europa.
