Hal itu buntut dari aksinya diam-diam menikahi gadis berusia 16 tahun tanpa izin orangtua.
Diketahui, kasus ini viral karena ayah korban menangis tak terima putrinya yang masih di bawah umur itu menikah tanpa seizinnya sejak 15 Agustus 2023.
Adapun, korban mengaku diiming-imingi uang sebesar Rp 300.000 agar mau diajak berhubungan suami istri dan dinikahi Muhammad Erik.
Penetapan tersangka ini, dikonfirmasi Kasatreskrim Polres Lumajang, AKP Ahmad Rohim, Jumat (28/6/2024).
"Sudah ditetapkan tersangka kemarin," kata Rohim.
Meski begitu, polisi sampai saat ini masih belum melakukan penahanan terhadap Erik.
