6枚目のSingleとなる本作の表題曲は、TVアニメ「カードファイト!! ヴァンガード Divinez」のエンディングテーマとして書き下ろされた「両翼のBrilliance」。
印象的なベースのフレーズから始まり、バイオリンの力強い旋律が随所で光るMorfonicaの勝負の一曲だ。
「最後まで諦めない」という揺るぎない意思を乗せたましろ(CV：進藤あまね)のボーカルと攻めのサウンドで彼女たちの信念が感じられる躍動的な楽曲に仕上がっている。
カップリングには「今の自分を大切にしたい」「今できることを精一杯頑張りたい」というましろ(CV：進藤あまね)の思いが詰まった、恩返しをテーマとした楽曲「音がえしのセレナーデ」、そしてMorfonicaの強い意志を表現しており、ましろ(CV：進藤あまね)のラップパートが印象的な楽曲「蒼穹へのトレイル」を収録。
